  • A comprehensive assessment of your health, including current pathology, medical history, dietary intake, mental wellbeing and lifestyle factors. Pathology referrals may be recommended along with preliminary supplement, diet and lifestyle advice.

  • A couple tailored treatment approach considering preliminary pathology referrals, emotional wellbeing, supplement, diet and lifestyle advice.

    90 minutes

  • Scheduled within a few weeks of an initial consultation for review of any pathology results, treatment plan and or adjustment of preliminary advice.

  • Available for existing clients only. Allows support for acute conditions.

I’m a BHSc Naturopath, counsellor, and have over 10 years experience in the wellness industry. I help women through preconception, fertility, IVF, pregnancy, and postpartum care, providing the support they need to navigate these stages with confidence. As a counsellor, I offer a compassionate space for women to process their experiences, emotions, and challenges. With lived experience in infertility, IVF, and postpartum loss, I bring both professional knowledge and personal empathy to my practice. I create safe, supportive spaces for women of all ages and concerns to heal and thrive, addressing the root causes of health issues. My goal is to empower women and provide the education and support needed for optimal well-being.
